About FlowForge
What is FlowForge?
FlowForge is an intelligence pipeline for Solana tokens. We fuse data from multiple on-chain and off-chain sources through nine specialised engines (L2–L10) to produce clear, evidence-based token observations.
Our outputs are observations, not recommendations. Each token receives an intelligence state that describes what the evidence shows — accumulation, distribution, stability, risk — never a buy or sell instruction.
The V2 Lab is currently in observation mode, meaning all intelligence is observational and no trade actions are taken or recommended.
Architecture
The Intelligence Pipeline
Data Ingestion (L2)
Raw data from Solana DEXs, on-chain analytics, developer activity, and market structure is ingested in real-time with source tagging.
Evidence Fusion (L3–L7)
Multiple engines independently evaluate each token across dimensions: developer health, liquidity depth, smart money flow, market structure, timing, safety, and more. Each engine produces tagged evidence.
State Resolution (L8)
The evidence fusion engine resolves conflicting signals into a single intelligence state: OBSERVING, ACCUMULATION, DISTRIBUTION, STABLE, CONFLICTED, ELEVATED_RISK, or UNKNOWN. No buy/sell outputs.
Constitutional Review (L9)
A constitutional layer enforces honesty rules: UNKNOWN is preferable to fabricated data, MOCK is never disguised as LIVE, and no unvalidated claims are presented as fact.
Operator Interface (L10)
The final output is an observation with full provenance: which engines contributed, what their source mode was (LIVE/MOCK/DEGRADED), and a constitutional verdict. This is what you see in the V2 Lab.
Observation-First Approach
We observe, we don't instruct. Every token in the V2 Lab has an intelligence state that describes what the evidence shows — not what you should do about it.
An ACCUMULATION state means on-chain and market evidence suggests accumulation behaviour — it does not mean “buy now.” A DISTRIBUTION state means selling pressure is detected — it does not mean “sell everything.”
This distinction is fundamental. Intelligence is the product; signals are a consequence, not the purpose.
Constitutional Rules
Our pipeline operates under strict constitutional constraints:

UNKNOWN is preferable to fabrication. If we don't have data, we say so.

MOCK is never disguised as LIVE. Source mode is always displayed.

No unvalidated claims. Trust metrics are only shown as “projected” or “backtested,” never as validated outcomes.

No BUY/SELL language. Observations describe states, not actions.

Full provenance. Every observation shows which engines contributed and their source mode.

Every piece of data in the V2 Lab is tagged with its source mode:
Data from real providers. Production-grade.
Synthetic data for testing. Do not treat as live intelligence.
Partially live. Some engines on fallback data.
Source mode cannot be determined. Treated as unreliable.
