1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlowForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlowForge provides AI-filtered cryptocurrency trading signals and market intelligence. Signals are generated by automated analysis systems and delivered via Telegram channels and web interface.

The Service provides informational content only. FlowForge does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a financial advisor, broker, or custodian.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid tiers (PRO) are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on the upgrade page. All prices include applicable taxes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, signals, analysis, and materials provided by FlowForge are the intellectual property of FlowForge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell signal content without written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Sharing paid signal content with non-subscribers
  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
  • Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowForge and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
