Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FlowForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service
FlowForge provides observational cryptocurrency intelligence and market analysis. Intelligence is generated by automated analysis systems and delivered via Telegram channels and web interface.
The Service provides informational content only. FlowForge does not execute trades, hold funds, or act as a financial advisor, broker, or custodian.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws.

Subscription and Payments
Paid tiers (PRO) are billed monthly via Stripe. The price is £12 per month. No VAT is currently charged. This may change if FlowForge becomes VAT registered.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of subscription, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund, as provided by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you consented to immediate access during this period, a proportionate deduction may be made for service already supplied. After the 14-day period, you may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property
All content, analysis, and materials provided by FlowForge are the intellectual property of FlowForge. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell content without written permission.

Prohibited Conduct
- —Sharing paid content with non-subscribers
- —Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- —Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
- —Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlowForge and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
