Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your rights when cancelling a FlowForge PRO subscription.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your PRO subscription within 14 calendar days of the date of subscription without giving a reason.
During this period, you are entitled to a full refund. If you accessed and used the service during the cooling-off period, a proportionate deduction may be made for the service already supplied, calculated from the date access was granted to the date of cancellation.
Immediate access consent: When you subscribe to PRO, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to begin using the service immediately. If you consent, and you later cancel within the 14-day period, a proportionate deduction may be made for the service already supplied. This does not affect your right to cancel within 14 days.
How to Cancel
- 1.Use the cancellation option in your Telegram bot, or
- 2.Contact us via our contact page, or
- 3.Cancel directly through Stripe by logging into your Stripe billing portal.
Cancellation takes effect immediately on confirmation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refund Process
Within 14-day cooling-off period
Full refund minus any proportionate deduction for service already supplied (if you consented to immediate access).
After 14-day cooling-off period
No refund for the current billing period. You retain access until the end of your billing period. No further charges will be made.
Refund timeline
Any refund due will be returned to the original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
Pricing and Tax
- PRO subscription: £12 per month
- No VAT is currently charged. This may change if FlowForge becomes VAT registered.
- Billing is monthly via Stripe. You will be charged on the same date each month.
