Read-only. Evidence-first. Fail-closed.

FlowForge is designed around a simple principle: we can observe, but we can never act. Your keys, your tokens, your decisions.

Read-Only by Design

FlowForge never requests, stores, or transmits your private keys. Wallet analysis uses public on-chain data only — your address is all we need. No transaction signing, no token approvals, no spending authority.

  • Read-only access to public blockchain data
  • No seed phrases, no private keys, ever
  • No transaction signing capabilities
  • No token approvals or spending authority

Ed25519 Verification

When you connect a wallet, we use Ed25519 challenge-response verification. You sign a one-time message with your wallet to prove ownership — the signature is verified and then discarded. No persistent credentials.

  • Cryptographic proof of wallet ownership
  • One-time challenge-response — no stored credentials
  • Ed25519 signature verified and discarded
  • No persistent authentication tokens for wallets

Tier Limits & Fail-Closed Access

Access is strictly tiered: FREE (1 wallet, basic observation), PRO (3 wallets, full pipeline), ELITE (10 wallets, behaviour coaching). When in doubt, access is denied — we fail closed, not open.

  • FREE: 1 wallet, basic observation, delayed feed
  • PRO: 3 wallets, full pipeline, real-time observations
  • ELITE: 10 wallets, behaviour coaching, priority access — included with PRO subscription
  • Fail-closed: uncertain access = denied access

GDPR Compliance

FlowForge processes personal data in accordance with GDPR. You can request data export or deletion at any time. Wallet addresses are the only personal identifier we store.

  • Data minimisation — we store only what's needed
  • Right to data export on request
  • Right to deletion on request
  • Wallet address is the only personal identifier

No Private Keys

This is worth repeating: FlowForge never has access to your private keys. We cannot move your funds, sign transactions, or access your wallet beyond reading public on-chain data.

  • Impossible for us to access your funds
  • No key storage, no key transmission
  • No dApp connections or wallet approvals
  • If someone asks for your private key, it's not us

Source & Confidence Transparency

Every intelligence output carries its source mode and confidence level. You can always see whether data is LIVE, MOCK, DEGRADED, or UNKNOWN, and how confident the system is in each observation.

  • Source mode labelled on every observation (LIVE, MOCK, DEGRADED, UNKNOWN)
  • Confidence levels shown alongside every metric
  • No hiding degraded or mock data — always visible
  • Engine provenance: which L2–L10 engines contributed

Observation Mode

All intelligence operates in observation mode. We observe what the market and blockchain are doing — we don't instruct you to act. Observations are states, not signals. ACCUMULATION ≠ "buy now."

  • Observation states, not trade recommendations
  • No buy/sell instructions
  • Evidence tagged with source mode (LIVE/MOCK/DEGRADED)
  • Constitutional rules enforce honesty over fabrication

Important

FlowForge provides observational intelligence for educational purposes. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss. We do not provide financial advice, trade recommendations, or profit guarantees. If anyone asks for your private keys claiming to be FlowForge, it is a scam.

Learn the Method

Understanding our methodology is the best security measure. See exactly how we process, fuse, and report intelligence.

Learn the Method

Not financial advice. FlowForge provides observational intelligence for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations. Digital assets involve substantial risk of loss. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.

Past outcomes do not guarantee future results. Historical observations, accuracy rates, and performance metrics are backward-looking and should not be interpreted as a guarantee or prediction of future performance.

Evidence confidence, not probability. Confidence scores measure the strength, coverage, freshness, and consistency of available evidence. They are not automatically a probability of profit or future market movement. A high confidence score means more supporting evidence — it does not mean a trade will be profitable.

Data source modes: All data is tagged with its provenance — LIVE (real-time production data), HYBRID (mixed live and sample), SAMPLE (representative sample for development), or UNKNOWN (source cannot be confirmed). Sample and hybrid data must never be treated as live intelligence.

Your responsibility. You should conduct your own independent research, consider your financial situation and risk tolerance, and never invest more than you can afford to lose. Consult a qualified financial advisor if needed.
